As part of the integration trip, ONICO employees have renovated several rooms of the Care and Treatment Center in Baciki Średnie.

On Thursday, May 17, over eighty ONICO employees renovated in just a few hours seven rooms and a garden. Freshly painted and stamped rooms are also equipped with new furniture and accessories.

Renovation of rooms proved to be a great form of integration. All employees were divided into eight groups, each of them having the task of finishing one room. The most difficult challenge awaited the gardening team - a team of ten, despite the rain and wind, fully renewed garden.

On behalf of the local authorities, the governor Jan Zalewski, deputy Marek Bobel and Andrzej Szewczuk, director of SP ZOZ Siemiatycze, thanked for support. The most enjoyable moment was, however during presentation of new rooms. The joy written on children's faces was the biggest prize at the end of a busy day.

The Care and Therapy Center in Baciki Średnie currently has twenty-three childrens requiring 24-hour nursing and medical care. Center provides 24-hour health services, which include the care and rehabilitation of children under the age of eighteen. Also it provides pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, food and care during organized cultural and recreational activities.
